Login to your web app. (Don't know how? Go here.)
Go to "Users" tab.
Click on "Add new user/client"
Fill out new user info.
- If you check "Sales" their sales metrics will be tracked and you will see their activity in the dashboard.
- If "Crew Lead" is checked, they will show up in scheduling when "Assigning to a crew leader". "Crew lead "and "Crew" do not see pricing on the app.
- You can also check multiple assignments for a user. Ie, the sales person can also be the crew leader.
Keep "Send Welcome email to user" checked.
The new user will receive an email with their login information.
They will now be able to log in and view all proposals/jobs.
