Login to your web app. (Don't know how? Go here.)
Go to "Users" tab.
Click on "Add new user/client"
Fill out new user info.
If you check "Sales" their sales metrics will be tracked and you will see their activity in the dashboard.
If "Crew Lead" is checked, they will show up in scheduling when "Assigning to a crew leader".
Keep "Send Welcome email to user" checked.
The new user will receive an email with their login information.
They will now be able to log in and view all proposals/jobs.
