If your tree photos aren't appearing in the web app, or on a client's proposal, most likely it's because you haven't synced the photos from your phone.
Here's how to sync photos:
If you have unsynced trees, it will be indicated with an orange "sync" icon in the upper right menu.
1. Tap on the 
icon.
2. The menu bar will appear from the side. Tap on "Sync Photos"
