Treezi was not desinged to be a CRM, we would have to beef up resources and in turn, change our users more, which we didn't want to do. However, there are simple tools we have that you can use to follow-up with open proposals, or with past clients.
1. Go into the Reports tab, and you can filter the dates at the top and view all clients that had completed work with you in the past during that time frame.
2. Go into the "Paid" column and click on the link to "Rpts"
3. This will open a page that shows all the completed reports during that time frame. If you click on the title, you can see a summary of the job, go to the "Contacts" tab and you can copy and past the contact to follow up in a separate email.
