This is hoe to follow-up with customers you've send proposals to, but haven't approved:
1. Go to proposals tab in the web app.
2. Filter your proposals "Sent"
3. Check the box of the clients/proposals you want to follow up on.
4. Click Send.
5. A window will pop up to confirm, add or delete email recipient addresses.
6. When you click next then the bulk email template will pop up, which you can then edit to what you want it to say. (IMPORTANT: Where it says [::firstName::] then their first name will automatically be inserted for each)
