1) Navigate to your Properties Tab
2) From there, click on any Property ID to bring up the Proposal Editor for the property.
3) Once in the Proposal Editor, you can select trees that you want to add to the proposal by checking their checkbox. Once you've selected the desired tree(s), you can select a treatment type to add to the tree(s).
4) Once added, scroll down on the Proposal Editor. You will see your treatment line items, with the ability to change treatment types, pricing, add treatment notes and add client notes.
5) Itemized Services can be added for treatment services that are generalized, if you do not want to make individual treatment items for each tree. (Example: Itemized Service for Tree Pruning, Cost: $1500 to prune 5 trees on property)
6) Job Expenses can be added if there are job costs that you would like to invoice to the customer, or list it as an expense to your company by leaving the 'Invoice' box unchecked.
7) Scrolling further, estimate notes can be added for a summary, or job notes for the customer
8) Internal notes can be added for your crew to view, not accessible to the customer. We offer optional tags to label the nature of your note.
9) Once you've added the desired treatments and notes, scroll up and click 'Save' to save the first version of the proposal. You can always come back to this proposal and add more items.
10) Once you're ready to send the proposal to the customer for approval, click 'Send Estimate' next to the Save button.
